Dear friends,
this is an attempt to
present my own collection of marine fossils
/gastropods, bivalves, corals and echinopods/
. I am an amateur with 5
years experience in paleontology. I live in
Sofia, Bulgaria and collect mainly in the country. I have discovered new
fossils and I am still researching some of them. I would like to present
you a special choiced fossils which was found during my
examination on a three different places at the center of the country
/villages Pushevo, Velcovcy and Kozy rog/. These three places are
located at the border /shore/ of ancient Jurassic seas. Fossils are in a
very good condition. The most popular are bivalves, especially Isognomon ricordeanus (d'Orbigny).
