From the Dimitar Stoyanov (Bulgaria) of the Callovian stage, Jurassic period. Approximately 165 million years old.

This echinopod occurs very rarely in the Central Balkan of Bulgaria. It was found in a mudstone concretion along with many specimens of Kosmoceras jason (not shown). It measures 2" across.
